This booking is considered confirmed only after payment of the deposit indicated in the communication. The stay will be governed as a short-term rental for tourist use, pursuant to Law 431/98, art. 1, paragraph 2, letter c), without hotel services.

The price includes: accommodation, utilities, linens, and initial cleaning. Extra cleaning, towel changes, city tax, and other optional services will be charged separately.

Cancellation: free up to 10 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this period or no-show, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

Check-in from [13:00] to [23:59], check-out by [11:00].

Any damages or losses caused during the stay will be charged to the guest. The guest agrees to respect the house rules, the neighbors, and behave appropriately.

The competent court for any dispute is the Court of Naples.
